While this generic table is based on average figures for SMEs, for larger businesses or those with more documentation than others, this may be underestimated. It is also based on figures for 2006, and will be updated mid-2007 to reflect this years costings.

Labor $3,692.00 One file clerk at $500/wk, handles/maintains ten file cabinets annually and one cabinet equals 1/10 of salary (because clerk is not working on all file cabinets full time), $26,000 or $2,600 for one cabinet, plus 42% of clerk’s salary for FICA, Medicare, Work Comp, etc.
